It’s light, affordable, you can add many variations to your exercise  session and is great for travel! 

Try a couple of these exercises to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, abs and upper body. Add a resistance band to take it up a level if you feel you need an extra boost.

Here’s a new exercise you can use with battle ropes!  Most of the time people just use these ropes to swing back n’ forth.  Battle ropes help to strengthen your upper body and core. 
Please note: you may be sore after this exercise…it’s that good. 
Here’s one exercise that spices things up…get on the floor and plank…move those ropes, add in a push-up.  You then have the right to beat your chest like a gorilla. You’re a beast.

Inch Worm with Toe Taps

Add this power move to tighten and tone in less time.  Add some dumbbells to increase the intensity.
3 or 5 lb weights will do.  Just be careful not to drop them on your toes! 
Works your overall core, shoulders and provides a nice dynamic stretch for your hamstrings.  Enjoy!

5 Minute Halloween Workout

Spice up your workout with this Ghostbuster’s themed workout that includes only three exercise moves – no equipment required.

This workout can be used for any other songs that repeat words.  In this workout, every time you hear the word “Ghostbusters” do a burpee. 
In between you will be doing jumping jacks and squats. On your mark get set….GO!
